General Information
The Center for Orbital Debris Education and Research has offices and laboratories all across the University of Maryland Campus. The administrative offices are located within the Department of Aerospace Engineering on the third floor of Glenn L. Martin Hall. Please check CODER’s personnel page for the location of persons you may wish to visit.
The University of Maryland is located just a few miles northeast of Washington, D.C., 30 miles (45 km) south of Baltimore, and 30 miles (45 km) west of Annapolis.
Directions to CODER from the Capital Beltway
From the Capital Beltway, Rt. 495, take Exit 25 (Route 1 South) to College Park. Follow Route 1 South approximately 1 mile and bear right to University Blvd, Route 193 West. Make a left turn at the first traffic light (Paint Branch Drive). After turning, stay in the left lane.
Parking
Parking is available (hourly fee) in the Paint Branch Drive visitor lot across the street from the Energy Research Facility (Bldg. 223).
